Rolling Hills experienced a mini-surge in new listings during the past few weeks. The new listings coupled with only three homes in escrow with accepted offers pushed the Rolling Hills market into a strong buyer’s market. This may be a temporary imbalance due to the high number of listings during the summer selling season, and buyers may absorb the new inventory, but we’ll have to wait and see. Meanwhile, now is an excellent time to be a buyer if you’re in the market to buy a Rolling Hills home.

There are 37 homes for sale in Rolling Hills. Three houses are in escrow, and 10 Rolling Hills homes have sold year-to-date.
