Rolling Hills homes come in one color only–white, and isn’t it lovely?

 

As the summer of 2020 winds down, the local real estate market appears to be heating up while maintaining a healthy balance between available inventory and buyer demand. The Rolling Hills real estate market has 15 active listings for sale, and four RH properties are in escrow with accepted offers. Thus far in 2020, seventeen Rolling Hills homes have sold. Last year at this time, only ten Rolling Hills properties were in the sold column.

One of the 2020 trends in real estate is the request for more outdoor living space, and this is likely due to the pandemic and the need to spend more time at home during work and leisure. Our homes are not only our offices but also our entertainment and recreational sites. It comes as no surprise as lifestyles make dramatic changes, real estate trends follow suit. I can think of no place more prepared to fill this need than the spacious lots and open spaces of Rolling Hills.
