There are over 200 homes for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, but only 22 single-family homes are listed for sale in Rolling Hills Estates and the unincorporated neighborhoods on the Palos Verdes Peninsula (Westfield, Academy Hills, etc.) along Palos Verdes Drive North. Nine RHE and PVP residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 42 single family houses have sold in Rolling Hills Estates and PVP unincorporated areas year-to-date.

Due to a small increase in available homes for sale the market has cooled slightly. However, the areas remain in a strong seller’s market.

Note Rolling Hills and the luxury market for homes priced at or above $3,000,000 are now in a strong buyer’s market. The higher price point of these homes accounts for the slower absorption of available inventory.
