Rancho Palos Verdes continues to post a significant number of sales per month on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, thus holding firm to being one of the hottest real estate markets on the Hill.

There are 96 Rancho Palos Verdes single-family homes listed for sale. 53 Rancho PV houses are in escrow with accepted offers, and 305 RPV single-family properties sold thus far in 2019. The weather may be chilly, but the housing market in Rancho Palos Verdes still has plenty of “heat.”
