Happy Holidays! It’s time to recognize Rancho Palos Verdes as the “Hottest Real Estate Market on The Hill.” While most of the other Palos Verdes Peninsula sub-markets have moved into a neutral market favoring neither the seller nor the buyer, RPV remains in a seller’s market.

 

 

With 87 of the 196 Palos Verdes single-family homes currently for sale, Rancho PV listings represent nearly 50% of the houses for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. 28 RPV single-family residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 347 Rancho Palos Verdes homes have sold thus far in 2018 and comprise 57% of all single-family PV homes sold year-to-date.
