I’ll make this report short and sweet, at least for sellers, as the Palos Verdes housing market continues to favor sellers as it has for the past several years. Inventory remains low, and buyer demand is high.

A glance at my Little Yellow Sliders for May 2021 will confirm all PV markets, including the luxury market for homes priced above $3,000,000, reflect strong seller’s markets. If you’re a seller, your market continues; if you are a buyer, patience may be the ongoing game you must play. I’ve noticed some homes are remaining on the market a little longer, and a few price reductions are happening as well. These two factors may give buyers more choices and negotiating power as we enter the summer months. Price and presentation are key components for sellers when bringing their property on the market.
