233 Palos Verdes single-family homes are for sale. 85 PV homes are in escrow with accepted offers, and 441 Palos Verdes single-family homes have sold year-to-date. The seller’s market continues to maintain its grasp on the overall single-family market on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
