The Palos Verdes Estates real estate market remains in a soft seller’s market as we hit the mid-point of the summer of 2020. The Coronavirus rages on, interest rates hit an all-time low, real estate inventory remains low, and demand is steady. It is is a new era in real estate.

 

There are currently 58 Palos Verdes Estates single-family homes listed for sale on the Multiple Listing Service. 21 PVE residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 44 Palos Verdes Estates houses have sold thus far in 2020. At this time last year, the number of homes sold stood at 120. That’s a substantial drop in sales, but demand is steady, and inventory remains low, thus keeping a healthy balance between supply and demand.
