Palos Verdes Estates was the only sub-market on the Palos Verdes Peninsula that experienced an uptick in “market heat” since the May statistics were tallied.  All the other markets cooled to some degree. That speaks to the desirability of the coastal homes in Palos Verdes Estates, and perhaps foretells a cooling of the local real estate market. It’s too soon to assume the seller’s market is in the waning phase, but if the trend continues through the summer months, rest assured the numbers have a story to tell.
