My Little Yellow Dot shows movement toward a neutral real estate market in PVE as we kick off another year. It’s January, but the spring market may arrive early this year. Typically, not much happens until after the Super Bowl, as buyers recover from the holiday season, and sellers begin the task of preparing their home for sale. However, if open house attendance is any indication, buyers are anxious to fulfill their 2020 house-hunting goals. My suggestion to sellers is to list your property sooner rather than later to cash in on the high level of buyer enthusiasm.
