Buyers are surely rejoicing, but Palos Verdes Sellers need not despair. On a scale of 1- 10, with "1" a raging sellers' market and "10" a buyer's paradise, the Palos Verdes Peninsula stands at a strong 3. However, it was a challenging year for PV with land movement and, consequently, falling prices in the affected areas. Coastal Living in Rancho Palos Verdes Once again, Rancho Palos Verdes has more single-family homes in escrow with accepted offers than there are houses listed for sale. I don't need to tell you that's an indicator that screams, "Hot Seller's Market!" There are currently 50 Rancho Palos Verdes single-family homes for sale. 66 RPV single-family residences are in escrow, and 284 SFRs have sold in Rancho PV thus far this year. Even the Coronavirus failed to cast a dark shadow over the local real estate market. Per Zillow, "The typical home value of homes in Rancho Palos Verdes is $1,365,103. This value is seasonally adjusted and only includes the middle price tier of homes.
