The inventory of single-family homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula increased slightly from last month, but the absorption rate increased as well. This rate of absorption kept the Peninsula in an overall market favoring sellers. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being a strong seller's market, the entire PVP stands at 2. Here are the inventory and absorption statistics for PV single-family homes as of March 30, 2026: The entire Palos Verdes Peninsula has 120 single-family homes for sale. 60 residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 98 single-family homes have sold year to date. Compared to last month, housing inventory is down, and sales are up. Those factors moved my Little Yellow Dot market indicator deeper into a market favoring sellers.     August 2020 finds 48 Palos Verdes Estates single-family homes listed for sale. 37 PVE residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 58 Palos Verdes Estates single-family properties have sold year-to-date.
