Inviting Entry to a Rolling Hills Home Housing inventory remains low in Rolling Hills as we reach the midpoint of 2020. While the world we live in seems topsy-turvey in many ways, the real estate market on the Palos Verdes Peninsula remains surprisingly strong and steady with the PV single-family market at 1.8 on a scale of 1-10. After a strong showing last month, Rolling Hills' pending sales stood at one when I analyzed the monthly statistics on June 1. The good news is three Rolling Hills properties have entered escrow during June 2020.
