While the world we live in seems topsy-turvey in many ways, the real estate market on the Palos Verdes Peninsula remains surprisingly strong and steady with the PV single-family market at 1.8 on a scale of 1-10. After a strong showing last month, Rolling Hills' pending sales stood at one when I analyzed the monthly statistics on June 1. Rolling Hills experienced a mini-surge in new listings during the past few weeks. The new listings coupled with only three homes in escrow with accepted offers pushed the Rolling Hills market into a strong buyer's market.
