Rolling Hills real estate inventory stands at only 14 properties for sale, with five homes in escrow, and five RH sales this far in 2019. The slight decrease in inventory and a similar increase in the number of properties in escrow tilted the Rolling Hills housing market toward a stronger seller’s market.
