There are 26 properties for sale in Rolling Hills. Two single family residences are in escrow with accepted offers. Year-to-date 13 Rolling Hills homes have sold as of August 14, 2017.
The luxury home market in Rolling Hills, as well as all of Palos Verdes, moved into a neutral market after a few months of tipping toward a buyers’ market. For the purpose of the Little Yellow Dot slider, luxury homes are defined as those properties priced at or above $3,000,000.

Rolling Hills has miles and miles of trails for your riding enjoyment. Rolling Hills is famous for having more miles of horse trails than roads. The trails cross the entire center of the peninsula and allow access out to many of the other riding areas of Palos Verdes.

Rolling Hills is a gated city located at the top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The main entrance is off Palos Verdes Drive North with secondary entrances at Crenshaw and Crest Road as well as Palos Verdes Drive East. Rolling Hills is well known for its equestrian estates, large lots, and privacy. The views are spectacular too!
