Inventory declined, and pending sales increased in Rolling Hills Estates and the Palos Verdes Peninsula neighborhoods last month. The January sales statistics reveal these areas have moved back toward a market favoring sellers. Several properties were removed from the market during the holidays so inventory may edge up again as the spring market approaches.
