If you’re looking for horse property on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Rolling Hills Estates and the unincorporated areas of the hill (PVP) are two areas with a wide variety of properties zoned for equestrian use. The neighborhoods offer a plethora of housing choices ranging from equestrian ranchettes to luxury new construction.
The Rolling Hills Estates and Palos Verdes Peninsula markets moved toward a neutral market zone during June. Inventory increased slightly, and sales decreased, accounting for the slight move toward a balanced market favoring neither the seller nor the buyer. There are 29 single-family homes listed for sale in RHE and PVP. Seven residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 35 Rolling Hills Estates and Palos Verdes Peninsula single-family houses have sold thus far in 2020.
