The Rolling Hills real estate market is in a neutral zone favoring neither the seller nor the buyer. A neutral market offers equal negotiating power to both parties. Unlike a strong seller’s market with limited inventory, a balanced neutral real estate market offers more choices to prospective buyers and more competition for sellers.
The higher price point of Rolling Hills properties impacts the speed of absorption. The pool of prospective buyers for luxury homes is smaller than that of people shopping for an entry-level home in the million dollar range. There are currently only three homes priced under $2,000,000 for sale in Rolling Hills.
