A Coastal Sunrise in Rancho Palos Verdes

Happy New Year! As we wrap up the first month of 2021, housing inventory remains at an all-time low, and with the anticipated spring surge of buyers, the competition for houses on the Palos Verdes Peninsula is expected to intensify. If you’re contemplating selling your RPV home, now is the time to prepare it for this hungry market.

At the beginning of January 2021, on the day I pulled real estate statistics from the Multiple Listing Service, only 41 Rancho Palos Verdes single-family homes were listed for sale, and 38 RPV houses were in escrow with accepted offers. Those numbers are why I referred to this market as hungry; single-family homes are gobbled up quickly if they are priced right.
