The Palos Verdes luxury home market moved from a neutral market to a market favoring buyers. As of May 1, there are 47 luxury homes priced at or over $3,000,000 for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Seven luxury residences are for sale, and 19 Palos Verdes luxury properties have sold thus far in 2020.
