I recently heard there are more real estate agents in California than there are properties for sale. I can’t speak for the entire State, but it certainly is true for the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The speaker’s point was to emphasize the lack of inventory, but what he didn’t mention was there are multiple buyers waiting to pounce on new listings. Buyers are facing the most competitive market I’ve ever worked in during the past 29 years. It’s wild and not for the faint of heart.
