The market earned Five Stars from me for sloughing through the past nine pandemic months with strength and vigor. The showings and sales continued without missing a beat. Prices edged higher as demand increased. I don't need to tell you that's an indicator that screams, "Hot Seller's Market!" There are currently 50 Rancho Palos Verdes single-family homes for sale. 66 RPV single-family residences are in escrow, and 284 SFRs have sold in Rancho PV thus far this year.
