I spent a chilly March morning reviewing listings and sales in Rolling Hills Estates, and RHE has the dubious honor of having the lowest single-family residence inventory of homes for sale of the four cities located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. At the time of my research, Rolling Hills Estates had only 14 single-family properties for sale. When the unincorporated areas of the Palos Verdes Peninsula are included (the Multiple Listing Service includes the unincorporated areas in the PVDN area) the number of homes for sale increases slightly.
