A complete marketing plan involves much more than a sign in the front yard.   Those last century real estate marketing expectations of sticking a sign in the ground, posting a few photos on the Multiple Listing Service, and holding an open house or two, do not suffice in the digital marketing age.  A savvy agent will still make those old school marketing moves for her clients. Also, her marketing repertoire must include a social media blitz, and videos featuring the best assets of a seller's property.   Palos Verdes home inventory continued to be absorbed at a healthy pace last month. The number of sales and reduced inventory combined to give a boost to the aging PV seller's market. The Palos Verdes home market appears to be revitalized and ready for a crisp autumn selling season. 233 Palos Verdes single-family homes are for sale. 85 PV homes are in escrow with accepted offers, and 441 Palos Verdes single-family homes have sold year-to-date.
