  Not only does Rolling Hills have very few cases of COVID-19, but the Coronavirus's impact on the local real estate market has also been almost imperceptible. When I compiled Rolling Hills stats earlier this month, there were eight properties listed for sale, two residences were in escrow with accepted offers, and per the MLS, 11 RH homes sold thus far in 2020. The low inventory coupled with continued sales results in a neutral market with a slight edge tipped toward sellers. One year ago, My Little Yellow Dot for Rolling Hills was at 5; this year, it stands at 4. May 2019 stats reveal seven sales YTD; May 2020 has eleven thus far.
