These conditions combined to reheat the seller's market in RHE and PVP neighborhoods. View from a Rolling Hills Property July 2019 finds 15 Rolling Hills properties for sale ranging in price from a low of $1,695,000 to $19,800,000. There are four RH properties in escrow with accepted offers, and nine Rolling Hills residences have sold thus far in 2019. The 2019 spring and summer real estate market in Rolling Hills is gaining strength. I've always felt Rolling Hills properties were undervalued based on the location and amenities. However, that may be changing with the recent sale of some the most expensive properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
