The winter has been wet and cold, but the Rolling Hills Estates and Palos Verdes Peninsula neighborhoods are enjoying a hot real estate market. With only 21 single-family homes for sale, and 14 residences in escrow with accepted offers new inventory is needed to feed the demand of prospective buyers. Year-to-date four single-family homes in RHE and PVP sold as of February 1. Inventory declined, and pending sales increased in Rolling Hills Estates and the Palos Verdes Peninsula neighborhoods last month. The January sales statistics reveal these areas have moved back toward a market favoring sellers. The Rolling Hills, CA real estate market posted some encouraging statistics for 2018 with 24 sold properties for the year. I do my best to stay abreast of the Rolling Hills real estate market because I have an entry level buyer and a high-end buyer as well. These clients ensure I preview nearly all the homes for sale in Rolling Hills. Recently, the owners of a Rolling Hills mid-range property indicated they might be selling in the not too distant future.  All Rolling Hills price ranges are now on my radar.  :) After a flurry of Fall sales, the Rolling Hills real estate market has cooled and returned to a buyer's market. The big news in the Rolling Hills real estate market is 1 Buggy Whip Drive sold for $22,400,000! New Construction Homes in RHE   The median sale price for Rolling Hills Estates homes is $1.4 mm. There are 28 Rolling Hills Estates and PVP (unincorporated area of the Palos Verdes Peninsula) single-family homes listed for sale.
