    Hot weather, firecrackers and sky-high temperatures have not taken the sizzle out of the local Palos Verdes real estate market. Although inventory is up slightly with 219 single family homes for sale, the market is firmly embedded in a still strong seller's market. 87 Palos Verdes single family homes are in escrow with accepted offers, and 342 residences have sold year-to-date in Palos Verdes.   Palos Verdes real estate snapshots by the city: Palos Verdes luxury home snapshot ($3mm+): Both the luxury market and Rolling Hills have increased inventory and sluggish sales.
